Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Integration Specialist is responsible for the technical analysis and design, technical documentation, development, deployment, and maintenance of deep and seamless integrations into Bolton Clarke’s application eco-system to implement a phased rollout of Workday at Bolton Clarke.
Working as part of a diverse team of highly skilled developers, integration specialists and business analysts, the Integration Specialist delivers innovative solutions to challenging business problems involving Workday, Boomi, and other applications.
Solutions created by the Integration Specialist play a key role in the automation of business processes and workflows, supporting the efficient delivery of services to Bolton Clarke’s customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design integration solutions that are fit for purpose, align with the team’s development and integration principles, and support strategic objectives.
  • Provide innovative development services to projects, operational teams, and the wider business to deliver fit-for-purpose and reusable solutions.
  • Work on a mixture of greenfield and existing solution development initiatives.
  • Ensure supportability and maintainability of solutions through continuous knowledge-sharing and comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Have a willingness to “think outside of the box” and not be afraid to pioneer new ideas.
  • Actively support DevOps-based software development processes utilising the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders and teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver integrated connected solutions.
