About The Role None What You'll Do Work as part of our customer success team to deliver data integrations into our product Lead the data integration parts of the solution, with many customers/technologies Work closely with R&D on new integrations and improvements of existing integrations Support and assist the product support team on integration-related issues Requirements 2+ years supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, or financial systems Proven track record resolving complex sync and configuration issues by debugging and optimizing integration flow designs across ERP/CRM systems 1–3+ years of iPaaS or middleware experience with platforms such as Workato, Tray I/O, MuleSoft, or similar Ability to turn customer insights into product improvements. Spot patterns, advocate fixes, and drive change Strong decision-making skills under uncertainty, with a knack for looking outside the box for solutions Clear, confident communicator, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders 2+ years of experience using APIs and Postman to work with integrations, including interpreting and applying API documentation to authenticate and build net-new integration workflows Basic knowledge of APIs, file formats (CSV, JSON), and accounting integrations Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as JavaScript or Python Curious, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset Willing to lead customer calls and influence cross-functional action Exposure to SFTP, SQL, and interpreting JSON/API payloads Native English language proficiency. Nice to Haves Workato Expertise/Certifications Hands-on Zendesk experience (macros, triggers, custom objects) Familiarity with ODBC SQL servers, query writing, or DB user setup Background in FinTech, accounting, or HR software Experience delivering technical training or enablement What We Need None What We Offer None EEO Statement None
