ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in requirement specification and business analysis in IT projects.
  • Essential for understanding integration requirements and identifying potential issues.
  • Crucial for gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, and presenting information to diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of APIs, middleware, databases, data formats (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST) , data modeling and mapping such as schema design, data transformation, or data validation.

  • Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.

  • Experience with software development and understanding technical solutions in Finance sector is an advantage.

WHY THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU

As an Integration Specialist , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Helsinki. Together, we work on Software Development, Product Management, and Service Delivery in the North Core Platform.

ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE

In this position, you will focus on defining, analyzing and documenting the requirements for integrating different systems, application or data sources within the organization, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating user requirements into detailed specifications for integration projects.

  • Working with stakeholders (business users, IT teams, vendors) to understand their needs and document functional and non-functional requirements for integration.
  • Analyzing gathered requirements to identify potential conflicts, dependencies, and integration challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists, and Team Leads following Agile principles. Coordinate customers’ activities, including testing, planning, and execution, and training.
  • Identify, capture, resolve, or escalate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Being accountable for documentation, which may include, but is not limited to: User Requirements, Functional and/or technical specifications, Process flow diagrams, Epics, Features, User Stories and Tasks, Training documentation, and/or work instructions.Effectively communicating integration requirements to various stakeholders and facilitating collaboration between different teams.
