Proven experience in integration, software engineering or data engineering, with experience designing and supporting business-critical integrations

- Strong understanding of APIs, data platforms and integration technologies, with the ability to deliver secure and reliable solutions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical outcomes

- Confident communicator who can build effective relationships with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams

- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities while taking ownership of outcomes

- Curious and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes

- Experience in retail, supply chain, ERP, WMS or eCommerce environments will be highly regarded
