Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail oriented and technically skilled Integration Specialist to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain seamless integrations across a diverse stack of platforms and services. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and developers to automate workflows, streamline operations, and enhance our systems with scalable, reliable integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and manage integrations between internal systems and external platforms using tools such as Make (Integromat), n8n,or similar low-code/no-code automation platforms.
  • Develop and maintain custom Python scripts and applications for more advanced integration and automation needs.
  • Work with RESTful APIs to connect services, perform data transfers, and implement custom API interactions.
  • Deploy and manage applications on Render and integrate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
  • Design and maintain databases, primarily using Airtable, PostgreSQL or similar DBMS, to support integration processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs, define technical requirements, and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug integration issues and ensure robust logging and alerting.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in integration technologies and AI platforms and agents, and explore their potential to improve automation and decision-making within our systems.
