Role Overview: The Integration Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the Integration department within GTI Energy’s operations at the Goodyear facility. This role will interface between Operations manager, Quality, Engineering, and production to fulfill customer demand for fabrication in accordance with drawings and electrical schematics. The Integration Superintendent will also serve as a QC check point for the electrical team to ensure all production is in accordance with code and required safety procedures.  Job Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring. * Assemble and install all subassemblies post-fabrication (i.e. all subassemblies mechanically fastened). * Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components. * Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards. * Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning. * Complete required documentation of repairs and service information. * Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts. * Calibrate equipment to provide specifications. * Coordinate/perform preventative maintenance on all tools utilized within the department. * Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs. * Oversee the work of company Electricians, Electrical Integrators, Industrial Technicians, and Industrial Assemblers. * Interface with Operations Management and Engineers to review and offer input on production drawings and process improvements.  Required Qualifications: * At least 5-8 years of electrical/mechanical experience in manufacturing * 3-5 years of electrical/mechanical experience in a lead role (Preferably manufacturing site). * Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics. * Strong understanding of electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. * Valid driver's license in state of practice. * Strong understanding of Electrical Code. * Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. * Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel. * Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment. * Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work. * Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems. * Willing to work overtime. * Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred.. * Completion of an electrician program at a technical or trade school preferred.
