Develop and manage end-to-end learning project plans for system integrations aligned to transformation milestones, governance standards and business requirements.
Partner with project teams to define learning requirements and deliver solutions that support adoption, business readiness and long-term sustainability.
Translate complex process or system information into clear, business-relevant learning content to support systems integration.
Provide expert advice on learning design taking into consideration, adult learning principles, capability frameworks and adoption approaches.
