Integrations & Dashboard Reporting Developer Position Overview Beacon College is seeking an Integrations & Dashboard Reporting Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise integrations and data-driven reporting solutions. This role will focus on connecting systems, enabling data visibility, and delivering dashboards that support operational decision-making across the institution. The ideal candidate brings a foundational understanding of integrations, data structures, and reporting tools, with a strong interest in building scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions in a higher education environment. TITLE: Integrations and Dashboard Reporting Developer DEPARTMENT: IT WORK TYPE: Full-Time | Staff LOCATION: Beacon College, Leesburg, Florida FLSA: Salary Exempt Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain system integrations across enterprise platforms (e.g., SIS, CRM, and other institutional systems) • Develop and support dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for departments and leadership • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting layers • Support process automation and data workflows to improve operational efficiency • Document integrations, data flows, and reporting logic to support long-term sustainability • Collaborate with IT and functional teams to enhance system capabilities and user experience Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in integrations, reporting, or data-related development work • Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, and system connectivity concepts • Experience working with reporting or dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality Preferred (but not required) Skills • Experience working with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jenzabar, or similar platforms) • Familiarity with data integration tools or middleware platforms • Exposure to automation or workflow tools • Experience in higher education or nonprofit environments • Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy best practices • Experience supporting cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives • Familiarity with API-based and cloud-based architectures Additional Information • This is an on-site position supporting Beacon College operations • Beacon College does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
