Description

Tired of patching legacy systems and dreaming of building something new from scratch? Want to own the architectural vision and make real tech calls – not just follow someone else’s blueprint? What if you could do all this in a fast-growing, low-hierarchy company that actually trusts you to lead? If that sparks your curiosity – keep reading!

THE JOURNEY THAT AWAITS YOU

At Staria, our mission is to make life easier for growth companies. We’re now building a centralized integration platform to connect our systems and third-party tools in a scalable, flexible way – and we’re looking for an Integrations Architect to take the lead.
This is a brand-new role where you’ll have the freedom to design, build, and evolve our integration architecture from scratch – no legacy constraints, no patchwork fixes, just a clean slate and a clear vision.

YOUR WORKPLACE AND FLEXIBILITY:

We are seeking candidates based in the Helsinki area. Staria’s hybrid work model offers the best of both worlds: modern office in the heart of Helsinki, combined with the flexibility to work remotely. To ensure smooth collaboration with your team and stakeholders, we hope you’re able to spend a few days per week at the office on average.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

You’ll be responsible for designing and leading the development of our new integration platform, supporting standard integrations with ERP systems (especially NetSuite), BI tools (like our own Naviloq), and third-party applications. Your day-to-day includes:

Integration platform development

  • Design and implement a modern, cloud-based integration platform.
  • Ensure it’s scalable and customizable, allowing smooth interoperability and client-specific needs.

Standard ERP integrations

  • Build reusable, standardized integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems.
  • Develop centralized deployment and administration processes that still allow for flexibility.

Standard BI integrations

  • Create standard connections to our BI & Planning system, Naviloq, to streamline client onboarding.
  • Standardize how these integrations are installed, maintained, and improved.

Ongoing development:

  • After the initial projects, you will take responsibility for the continuous technical development of standard integrations and the integration platform’s functionality together with the team.
  • Provide training on the integration platform to the service organization and assist in troubleshooting any issues.

KEYS TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE:

  • Proven experience in integration technologies and methodologies (5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of IPAAS and API technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into scalable technical requirements.
  • Strong technical skills with a hands-on coding approach (JavaScript).
  • Experience in product development organizations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English. Finnish is an advantage.
