About the role In this role you will work collaboratively with the Platform Engineering Team, the ACE Program Team, and other IT and business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital products and services. Leveraging technical expertise and industry insight, this position will help shape integration strategies that align with organisational objectives and deliver measurable value to the business. Key responsibilities include: * Analyse business and technical requirements to identify integration opportunities and solutions. * Design and implement scalable, robust integration frameworks. * Deliver end-to-end integrations across multiple platforms, systems, and APIs. * Enable automation and optimise processes to improve operational efficiency. * Ensure solutions align with architectural standards, security requirements, and best practices. * Collaborate with stakeholders to align integration strategies with business goals. * Provide expert technical guidance and advice to leaders and key stakeholders. * Champion innovation and best practices to improve customer and community outcomes. * Leverage third-party APIs and SDKs to deliver secure, reliable integrations. About you To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and significant professional experience in a comparable organisation. Essential Experience: * Experience using RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other data exchange formats * Solid knowledge of relational databases, including Microsoft SQL. * Strong programming experience in Microsoft technologies, including Azure integration services and messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ. * Experience working with Webhooks to support system integrations. * Effective stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build effective relationships. * Proven problem-solver with experience delivering outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to drive alignment and clarity. * Highly organised with strong planning and time-management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines. * Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
