Description
Overview The Integration Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing both new client onboarding integrations and ongoing client requested data integrations. This role ensures restaurant data systems such as POS, labor, inventory, loyalty, and other third party applications are accurately mapped, validated, and optimized within the Mirus application. The Integration Specialist serves as a bridge between clients and internal teams by translating business requirements into technical execution. This role is accountable for successful delivery of integrations and ensures proper documentation and handoff to Account Management once work is complete. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and manage integrations for new client implementations and ongoing client requests • Configure, map, and transform data from POS, loyalty, labor, inventory, and other restaurant applications into the Mirus data model • Validate integrated data by reconciling Mirus outputs against source system reports • Document client specific business rules, configurations, and integration requirements • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during integration work, coordinating with clients and internal teams • Partner with Account Management to intake, scope, and prioritize client requested integration work • Support enhancements and modifications to existing integrations as client systems evolve • Participate in application testing, quality assurance, and Help Desk support as needed • Contribute to initiatives focused on improving integration scalability, efficiency, and standards   Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience working with restaurant POS or back office systems • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent integrations and timelines • Proven ability to meet client driven deadlines • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail • Working knowledge of restaurant financial data including sales, labor, and food cost • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills   Preferred Qualifications • Experience in restaurant operations, IT, or finance at an above store level • Prior experience with SaaS onboarding or ongoing data integrations • Bachelor’s degree preferred
