The Integration Specialist plays a key role in optimizing how systems work together. This role is responsible for designing, building, and supporting integrations between Salesforce and both internal and external platforms. The role involves partnering closely with the Salesforce Administration team and business stakeholders to ensure reliable data flow, system connectivity, and process automation. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically curious, and eager to learn integration tools and best practices. Requirements Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to design and implement integration solutions Develop and configure API-based, event-driven, and batch integrations Support teal-time and scheduled data synchronization processes Monitor integration utilization, performance, and proactively troubleshoot issues Identify root causes of integration failures and implement long-term fixes Document integration logic, workflows, system dependencies, and data mappings Identify opportunities to improve automation and eliminate manual processes Continuously learn and adopt integration best practices and emerging technologies Requirements Qualifications: Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) Understanding of data structures (JSON, XML) Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platform Exposure to integration platforms (Mulesoft, Zapier, Workato, Boomi, Power Automate)
