About The Role
As an Integrations Specialist at Molsoft, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with their Shopify tech stack. You will collaborate closely with project managers to install and configure third-party apps, optimize clients’ use of these apps, and keep the team up to date with new features and functionalities.

What You’ll Do

  • Integrate third-party apps and help with ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as third-party vendors or platform partners, to ensure smooth integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs, working closely with the development team.
  • Monitor task progress and timelines to ensure timely completion, proactively identifying and addressing any delays or obstacles.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, assisting with resolving technical challenges.
  • Lead training sessions with clients and create training material on using and administering their eCommerce platform and Shopify apps/admin configuration, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively manage their online stores.
  • Document best practices, and lessons learned to improve efficiency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay updated on the latest eCommerce trends, technologies, and platform updates to continually inform account managers and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Skills & Experience

  • Very strong written and spoken communication skills, both in French and English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in launching eCommerce projects, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
  • 3-4 years of experience with eCommerce experience such as working for a retail brand, eCommerce team, or digital agency.
  • Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of Shopify admin and apps ecosystem (configuration, setup, and best practices).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce best practices, including SEO, performance optimization, and UX/UI principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
