OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to support a multi-phase migration project from SAP CRM 7.0 to SAP S/4HANA Customer Management (CM). The role focuses on integration and functional migration across a complex, multi-country IT landscape. Your role will be to ensure seamless integration and continuity of business-critical functionalities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in enterprise-level SAP integration projects.
  • Deep understanding of SAP CRM 7.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA CM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
  • Support the 1:1 migration of SAP CRM 7.0 functionalities to SAP S/4 CM.
  • Focus areas include:
  • Advisor (direct sales agent) functionalities
  • Customer and sales lead management
  • Ensure continuity of existing integrations across a heterogeneous IT environment.
  • Identify undocumented or outdated integrations and propose sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with business architects, developers, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the mid-term rollout of S/4 CM functionalities to additional countries.
  • Support functional enhancements and integration with external systems (e.g., Zendesk).
