This innovative position allows you to blend conventional medical practices with alternative and evidence-based integrative therapies to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. You will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes by focusing on prevention, optimization, and long-term health. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in integrative and functional medicine, including hormone optimization, peptide therapies, and medical weight loss, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative, results-driven healthcare environment. As an Integrative PA or NP Provider, you will assess patient needs, create personalized treatment plans, and implement integrative strategies aligned with our mission of promoting wellness through individualized care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ medical histories and health concerns Develop and implement individualized care plans integrating conventional and alternative therapies Provide patient education on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, hormone optimization, and wellness strategies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation within electronic health records (EHRs) Participate in community outreach and wellness programs to promote integrative health initiatives Required Qualifications Current PA or NP licensure in the state of North Carolina Active DEA license Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in primary care and/or integrative medicine Strong understanding of holistic and integrative health models consistent with services offered on our website Completion of an Integrative or Functional Medicine certification program Certification in BHRT, Anti-Aging, and/or Peptide Therapy from accredited programs such as: A4M IFM WorldLink Medical or equivalent accredited institutions Flexible scheduling – create your own hours (Monday–Thursday) Revenue-based compensation model with performance bonuses Training and professional development opportunities Supportive, growth-oriented integrative medical practice Opportunity to build a long-term, sustainable practice within an established institute
