Responsibilities Advise integrators on most effective system designs for Exotec products (answering to customer needs while optimizing integrator costs) Support integrators to understand functionalities, key differentiators, limitations of Exotec products and integration best practices Write and review technical offers to integrators Review and validate integrator design documents before final installation Contribute to training content creation and facilitate trainings for integrators Answer questions and provide support requests from integrators Own performance of Exotec systems, analyze root-cause of non-performance Coordinate with integrators to perform improvement actions Support in solving issues escalated from Exotec remote monitoring team and integrator Analyze root-cause of issues, suggest improvement plans and coordinates with Exotec teams to implement solutions to prevent issue to arise again Support integrators on their requests regarding Exotec services (e.g. systems in production, pre-production servers) Support integrators to keep their systems with latest updates Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering or mechatronics Fluent in English Fluent in Korean Technical Skills (we know you may not have all of these, but if you feel like you respond to 70%, get in touch) Troubleshooting skills Knowledge of SQL and databases. Basic networking knowledge. Experience or appreciation for Git, NodeRed, and Docker. Ability to read code in C++, C, Python, JS and/or Java You have strong analytical skills and enjoy interpreting data. You are customer service-oriented mindset. You like working and collaborating with others.
