As an Integrity & Compliance Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will provide guidance and support to business units on integrity and compliance matters, ensuring that all operations and transactions are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards. You will conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to proactively address potential compliance risks. Leading investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, or company policies will be part of your responsibilities, and you will take appropriate actions to address any identified issues. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on integrity and compliance, promoting a strong culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization. In this role, you will impact the organization by fostering a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive integrity and compliance program across the organization, ensuring that all business units comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
