  • Strong communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

CANEIL is seeking an Integrity Engineer on either a full-time permanent basis or a 1-year contract to support pipeline integrity work in the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will be based in Calgary or Medicine Hat, with travel to Estevan, Saskatchewan as required. The role is focused exclusively on pipeline systems, with minimal involvement in facility work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct pipeline integrity evaluations, assessments, and technical reviews
  • Support implementation of integrity management plans, including ILI review, dig program planning, and repair recommendations
  • Coordinate with field and engineering teams for planning and field execution
  • Review inspection reports, monitor pipeline conditions, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance
  • Prepare technical documentation and communicate findings with internal stakeholders
  • Travel to field locations as required to support integrity program activities
