About the Role: Do you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a technical environment managing accurate and secure Digital Health Records? The Health Information Services Team is seeking an Integrity Officer to join the team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient registration details within the Patient Administration System, responding to telephone and email enquiries, and assisting members of the public. You will play an important role in maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality customer service while working in a technical environment using Digital Health Records. We are looking for someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with knowledge of privacy principles and the secure handling of health information. The successful candidate will also have experience managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines to support service delivery.
