Job Title: Intel & Cyber Senior Manager, Business Development    Job Code: 25336   Job Location: National Capitol Region or Central Florida   Job Description:   The successful candidate will work to identify, pursue and win new business opportunities in the DoD, and Intelligence communities’ Missions that require highly integrated microelectronics.  The business development manager will work with business area leads, program managers, capture managers and other internal functional organizations to engage customers, develop pursuit strategies and coordinate the efforts to protect and grow current programs and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.   Essential Functions:   As the Business Development Manager responsible for growing business in the DoD and Intelligence agencies, the successful candidate will:   Apply a deep understanding of the DoD and Intelligence Communities acquisition processes, missions, and key decision makers to identify, qualify, shape and capture opportunities aligning L3Harris capabilities with unmet customer mission needs. Significantly contribute to the development of effective DoD and Intelligence community aligned market growth strategies for microelectronics. Create compelling executive-level material to inform, recommend, and facilitate decision-making. Translate complex customer / technical / business concepts into visually compelling and crisp messages. Coordinate the development of effective partnerships across the division with both external and internal organizations to improve winning probability and enable business growth. Travel as required to attend L3Harris, customer, partner meetings and industry events. Estimate and manage the selling and B&P budgets to fund the efforts that protect existing business and enable the pursuit of new opportunities. Establish close working relationships with division business area leadership. Effectively communicate status of activities above to MED and I&C business development leadership. Qualifications:    Active TS/SCI required with an updated SBBI investigation allowing access to Special Access Programs. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10+ years of prior related domain experience, master’s degree preferred. Effective collaborator who will actively employ resources ranging from Business Area and Divisional leadership. Familiarity with microelectronics technologies enabling key mission success. Track record of pursuing and winning microelectronics business in the DoD and Intelligence Community markets Disciplined, self-starting professional who travels routinely to engage customers, coordinate internal resources, attend industry events, and develop partnerships. Strong and credible communications skills, both oral and written. Preferred Additional Skills:   Established relationships and an effective network within the DoD and Intelligence Communities to support opportunity ID/development and teaming. Ability to develop effective working relationships with geographically dispersed constituencies. Security Clearance:   Please be aware this position requires an active DoD Security Clearance, TS/SCI. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.  In addition, applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.     In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Washington D.C is $143,000 - $266,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
