Description INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES SERVICES SITE COORDINATOR The primary duties of this position are planning, promoting, coordinating and directing activities of staff and intellectually / developmentally disabled clients of the Site. EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintains documentation as evidence that all duties are completed in accordance with program requirements contained in the Mississippi Department of Mental Health Operational Standards. - Maintains proper training, continuing education, qualifications, and other certifications required for this position as written in the Mississippi Department of Mental Health Operational Standards. - Day-to-day operation of site. - Planning and giving specific directions to staff supervised. - Selecting and requisitioning materials, equipment and supplies. - Consulting with and making recommendations to administrative superiors. - Maintain payroll, production and other reports as required. - Organize, procure, and set production procedures for work-training contracts. - Engage with staff in training and habilitation process of intellectually / developmentally disabled CONU. - Transportation of clients as directed by supervisor. - All other duties as assigned by supervisor QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ work experience in mental health, IDD or related field.
