Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Agency Nurse (Health Services Consultant) to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Health Services Consultant provides leadership and guidance to program support teams, contracted providers, and individuals to ensure quality care. This position works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team and outside organizations (community providers of health services and external stakeholders) to address medical needs and implement, monitor, and coordinate healthcare services for adults with intellectual disabilities while adhering to Keystone’s mission and regulatory requirements.
