This role sits at the intersection of technology, law, and business. You will play a crucial role in securing our innovations, analyzing competitive landscapes, and supporting commercialization strategies through robust IP management.Responsibilities: Conduct patent mapping analysis, competitiveness & white space analysis report for technology and business development Design IP protection strategy for key business assets and assist in patent prosecution and management of existing portfolio Conduct patent drafting to protect the invention Carry out freedom to operate to support commercialization Conduct IP due diligence to support tech. business investment Support IP valuation to support licensing in/out, IP sales & acquisition, M&A, and JV Support team to execute the new IP initiative program for enhancing SCG IP management Support team to explore global IP benchmark and trends to improve the IP management platform Qualifications: Master's Degree or Bachelor of Science or Engineering fields or related field Welcome to the new graduates Preferably, have intellectual property knowledge Have experience in project management Have a knowledge background of AI technology, Materials technology, etc. Contact: Samita Permpoonkanjana Email: SAMITAPE@SCG.COM
