An elite firm in Madison (our client) is looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join their prosecution team.
Will be responsible for assisting attorneys with preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications and helping maintain patent portfolios and patent dockets.
Varied responsibilities, including, assisting with preparation of documents for filings, electronic filing of patent and trademark documents with the USPTO, maintaining IP docketing databases, and drafting legal documents.
