Description
We are seeking an Intelligence Advisor to join OSINT Combine's Capability and Enablement Group (CEG). As a leading provider of open-source intelligence (OSINT) software and training, we are trusted globally by national intelligence agencies, tri-service military, federal and local law enforcement, and private sector organisations. Proudly founded in Australia, OSINT Combine is mission-focused toward building enduring OSINT capability in strategically focused organisations. We are also deeply committed to philanthropic efforts, including combating child exploitation and human trafficking. As we enter a major growth phase, we’re seeking high-calibre individuals to elevate our impact and deliver on our vision: making the world a safer place. As the in-house subject-matter expert on NexusXplore, OSINT Combine’s flagship SaaS platform, the Intelligence Advisor bridges customer intelligence needs with tailored technical support to drive both product sales and long-term customer success. This role will help customers in Europe – our newest, fastest-growing region – achieve mission success using NexusXplore. This role suits an experienced intelligence analyst who is OSINT-aware, tech-savvy, and customer-focused. The Advisor will develop deep expertise in our software, training, and services, working closely with both our sales and product development teams. This position reports to the Capability Enablement Group Lead for EMEA. Work Environment Fully remote, flexible role based in Europe within a global team, requiring domestic and international travel. “People First” culture, prioritising wellbeing, family commitments, and mutual support across the team. We are purpose driven and outcome focused, with a focus on collaboration over competition. Unique opportunity to regularly contribute to philanthropic causes. Discretionary time off policy. Candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. · Deliver pre-sales demonstrations and tradecraft advice to support a solution-focused sales approach. · Drive product adoption, optimise user outcomes, and maximise retention within customer base. · Create and deliver tailored customer solutions including presentations, training, and ongoing support. · Contribute to platform development through feedback, research, and user insights. · Conduct and present OSINT research for internal and external use. · Attend virtual and in-person exhibitions events to support sales and broader company outcomes. · Work with Product and Developer teams to relay customer needs and issues. · Develop and maintain scalable enablement materials like guides and training content. · Document and maintain clear records of customer interactions and outcomes. · Support OSINT Combine’s philanthropic endeavours through analyst contributions. · Identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities from the field. Qualifications and Skills Essential: · Minimum 4 years’ experience working as an analyst in an OSINT or all-source intelligence environment. · Demonstrable experience in delivering successful outcomes in investigative, intelligence or operational settings (Government or Private Sector). · Familiarity with SaaS environments and intelligence software solutions. · Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess, interpret, and communicate complex information. · Ability to remain agile and flexible in a fast-paced, rapidly growing work environment. · Self-motivated and accountable, and able to work autonomously with limited oversight. · Aligned with OSINT Combine’s vision to help make the world a safer place. · Familiarity with secure information handling, privacy principles, and ethical use of OSINT tools. Preferred: · Fluent in German, Polish, or Dutch (in addition to required English fluency). · Experience conducting prepared and ad-hoc product demonstrations in English and other language (if applicable). · Experience conducting financial and cyber investigations. · Previous experience in training delivery and effective teaching principles and techniques. · Experience using or supporting OSINT Combine’s NexusXplore platform. · Ability to translate complex technical features into practical value for non-technical users.
