Description
Experience working with Combatant Commands is highly desirable, as is a network of active contacts within the intelligence professional's community. Experience providing advice and briefing government leadership regarding critical political, military or irregular warfare capabilities in support of operational and tactical level planning is highly desired. Experience in the INDOPACOM AOR and against a regional peer adversary is highly desired. At least fifteen years' professional experience. At least 7 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), including at least five (5) years of experience in military operations; at least three (3) years of experience working in military plans; at least three (3) years of experience in a senior military staff office (Service HQ, Combatant Command, OSD, JS). Knowledge of the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. Experience with some of the following intelligence types; HUMINT, MASINT, SIGINT, Geospatial intelligence, OSINT, TECHINT Demonstrated experience analyzing threat information from multiple sources, disciplines, and agencies across the Intelligence Community. Demonstrated experience synthesizing and placing intelligence information in context, drawing insights about the possible implications, and preparing reports for government customers. Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred in a scientific or technical discipline.
