The incumbent will become knowledgeable in all program areas and function as a liaison between various divisional offices, government departments and outside law enforcement agencies, assisting them with intelligence products and support. The incumbent will alert the Director of any real or reasonably anticipated issues/problems that may have strategic, political, or significant operational ramifications as identified through the nature of their work or contact with other staff, stakeholders, or clients.

Reporting to the Director, Manitoba Criminal Intelligence Centre, the incumbent will work within a specialized office staffed with criminal intelligence experts and personnel from police services and other law enforcement related organizations who engage in the collection, storage, analysis, and use of criminal intelligence.
