We are looking for an Intelligence and Targeting Manager in Tucson, AZ. Summary The Red Intelligence and Targeting Manager will manage all aspects of the adversary intelligence scenario and targeting with Red Flag Rescue (RF-R) and its associated training events. Responsibilities Plan, manage, track, and execute all associated intelligence coordination tasks for RF-R or other Detachment One training events IAW the JELC or Joint Task Capability Perform any task as assigned by designated government supervisor related to the JELC process for RF-R or associated training events Provide the Chief of Intelligence Operations or the Director of Operations with subject matter expertise for all facets related to United States adversaries and joint targeting process within RF-R associated training events Focal Point for scenario development and management to incorporate real-world operational experiences and near-peer threat/combatant tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) Focal Point for all aspects of RF-R Live, Virtual, and Constructive targeting development and implementation Develop target folders supporting flying operations within RF-R Develop the order of battle (OB) and threat laydown supporting all unit DLOs Manage intelligence requests for information (RFIs) to facilitate exercise requirements Coordinate with Modeling and Simulation and Common Operating Picture POCs to execute RF-R requirements Coordinate with the Air Operations C2 Manager to develop the ATO/AOD and support Red Air operations when applicable Coordinate and conduct RF-R intelligence indoctrination training Liaise with Points of Contact (POC’s) from units tasked to participate in RF-R Assist with creation of decision briefs to ACC/HAF/HHQ staff for action/decision Monitor and manage exercise execution Handle classified material IAW DoD security policy Ensure USAF Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) techniques utilized in all Join Event Life Cycle (JELC) stages to ensure RF-R organizational learning in JELC Stage 5, capturing emerging future operational capacities, and coordinate with Lessons Learned manager to incorporate data into JELC Stage 1 Other duties as required to facilitate exercise or Detachment One requirements Requirements Five years of DoD targeting intelligence experience Deployed experience in PR at either the tactical or operational level, an intelligence weapons school graduate, or USAF Flag/Aggressors unit level exercise support experience Experience with the development of target folders Strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to work on a multi-disciplinary level in coordinating requirements from other functional representatives Must possess a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
