INFORMATION ABOUT THE ROLE

his role is a wide ranging one, providing opportunity to work with our UKIC partners developing and managing intelligence of significant risk. We manage risk on behalf of our forces and CTSIOs in order to meet our CONTEST objectives. There is great variety in this role which provides the opportunity to support operational activity across the CT network when a terrorist incident occurs, and there are many opportunities to become involved in regional and national work too.
The successful applicant will be privy to sensitive intelligence and tactics, therefore it is desirable that the candidate has experience of intelligence handling and essential experience of risk management as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work under pressure and have effective time management skills is also essential.
The successful candidate will also be required to deliver training across the region both in and outside of the network
