POSITION SUMMARY

The Intelligence Associate supports the Intelligence and Investigations team under the direction of the Senior Manager and is responsible for identifying threats and providing accurate information to our clients, company leadership, and internal teams.
We are seeking a motivated, curious part-time Intelligence Associate specializing in open-source intelligence (OSINT) to join a growing team at Foresight Security Consulting. Our mission is to provide physical and psychological safety through holistic security solutions. This role is responsible for monitoring, researching, and disseminating potential threats to our security operations and protective services teams. The Intelligence Associate will utilize OSINT tools and methodologies to identify and analyze threats, assess risk, and communicate key information to leadership to enhance the security and safety of our clients. You are a valuable member of the Foresight team and will collaborate with motivated colleagues who bring a diverse set of experiences and background to the team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in security operations, intelligence, incident management, threat assessment, investigations, psychology or a related field
  • Associate’s degree or higher or equivalent military or law enforcement experience
  • Familiarity and/or experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) and social media intelligence (SOCMINT) tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with incident management, security operations, and intelligence
  • Awareness of the impact of local, national, and global events on our clients
  • Strong critical thinking, research, and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, multitask, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to intake, assess, and analyze large quantities of information
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and other teams
  • Shows discretion and demonstrates good judgement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
