We are currently looking to hire an Intelligence Collection Specialist to join our Corporate Team in Hereford, England, United Kingdom.

  • This position allows for remote work arrangements from the United Kingdom only.
  • This is a full-time position consisting of 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, on either day, midshift, or night shift. These shifts would span weekdays and weekends.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position requires the Specialist to use intelligence sources, internal and external assets, and open-source media to identify threats and provide timely and accurate information to Concentric clients. The Specialist will identify and monitor viable hazards to employees, operations, global assets, and the brand, reporting these threats to clients, 24/7.
The Intelligence Collection Specialist will bring strong analytical skills, familiarity with open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear and effective intelligence products. They will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, technical fluency, and a commitment to proactive threat detection that informs decision-making and protects people, assets, and operations worldwide.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, international security, political science, or a related field.
  • Military service or prior experience working in a GSOC or similar operations center may be substituted for educational requirements.
  • This is a full-time position consisting of 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, on either day, midshift, or night shift. These shifts would span weekdays and weekends.
  • This position requires up to <5% travel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferred 2 years of demonstrated experience doing the following:

Responsibilities

Intelligence Collection and Threat Monitoring

  • Conduct continuous collection and review of open source information utilizing multiple systems and sources to detect potential threats.
  • Actively monitor travel safety and security of clients on a global, 24/7 basis.
  • Continuously monitor global open-source intelligence (OSINT), media channels, and specialized threat feeds to detect and assess real-time and emerging threats.
  • Identify and track geopolitical, environmental, criminal, cyber, health-related, or infrastructure risks that could affect client safety or business continuity.
  • Act as a primary node for threat-related communications, offering rapid situation awareness and actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders about relevant intelligence and threat information.

Intelligence Analysis and Report

  • Analyze multi-source data to assess implications of threats on client operations, travel, and reputational standing.
  • Produce timely, accurate, and concise threat alerts tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and refine methodologies and tools for intelligence collection, fusion, and dissemination.

Research Support

  • Support internal and client-facing investigations by compiling and assessing relevant intelligence from internal and external sources.
  • Leverage structured analytic techniques to identify trends, forecast potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Use OSINT sources and investigative databases to complete investigations on persons or companies of interest.
