SAIC is seeking a skilled and experienced Policy Expert to support one of our Intelligence customer's Chief Information Officer (CIO). The CIO Policy Expert works within the Business Operations Group (BOG) and is responsible for driving policy coordination, collaboration, and propagation across the organization. This role involves significant interaction with the Technology Innovation Group (TIG), the Cybersecurity Group (CSG), and the Data and Artificial Intelligence Group (DAIG). Key Responsibilities: Support the BOG Policy and Governance Government POC in driving policy coordination, collaboration, and propagation across the organization. Facilitate monthly policy coordination meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among relevant groups. Coordinate policy engagement both internally and externally across customer Directorates Centers and Offices (DCOs). Participate in drafting, editing, and reviewing CIO Instructions, Internal Process Documents (IPDs), Enterprise Technical Standards (ETIGs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Charters. Work closely with the TIG, the CSG, and the DAIG to ensure alignment of policy initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies and regulations affecting the customer and ensure compliance with these standards. Provide expertise and guidance on policy-related matters to support organizational goals and initiatives. Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required. Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in policy coordination, governance, or a related field. Strong understanding of policy drafting, editing, and review processes. Proven ability to facilitate coordination meetings and drive successful policy collaboration across multiple groups. Experience coordinating policy engagement internally and externally within large, complex organizations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings. Expertise in policy governance and best practices. Experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a mission-oriented, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Intel CIO Instructions, IPDs, ETIGs, and SOPs. Demonstrated ability to work with senior-level customers and stakeholders.
