Responsibilities

The position of Corrections Intelligence Officer is within CVIU and has a primary role of providing operational support for all intelligence related matters conducted by the CVIU. The position reports to an Intelligence Manager and contributes to tactical, operational and strategic intelligence functions to inform stakeholders decision making.

Some of your other duties will include:

  • Preparing intelligence reports and briefings for senior management.
  • Supporting CV Management, staff, and external agencies by assisting in the development and planning of intelligence-led operations.
  • Liaising with key external agencies and stakeholders, some of which include law enforcement, intelligence agencies and other correctional agencies.
