INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS, APPLICATIONS, AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PDP FACILITATOR

OVERVIEW

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a qualified Intelligence Systems, Applications, and Knowledge Management PDP Facilitator to support technical and systems-based training efforts in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position is responsible for delivering training aligned with DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards focused on Theater-level intelligence systems, applications, and tools. The role also integrates instruction in knowledge and information management principles, as well as emerging practices in data analytics and data science to improve the operational effectiveness of the intelligence workforce. This position operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and instruct training courses across all learning levels, from introductory to senior/expert
• Deliver training on Theater intelligence systems and associated applications/software, particularly DoDIIS and JWICS
• Support onboarding of joint service members unfamiliar with Theater-specific systems, tools, and workflows
• Instruct on knowledge management and information management tactics, techniques, and procedures as they relate to intelligence operations
• Introduce foundational and advanced concepts in data analytics and data science for intelligence professionals
• Ensure instructional content is aligned with operational needs within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility and supports the mission effectiveness of JIOC personnel

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of DoD or military experience in intelligence systems, applications, and knowledge management
• Trained and certified instructor with experience delivering technical training

Desired Qualifications

• 15 or more years of DoD or military experience in relevant systems training or knowledge management, including operational or strategic assignments within the INDOPACOM AoR
• Certified curriculum developer and DIA instructor
• Experience training personnel in DoDIIS, JWICS, and related intelligence platforms
• Familiarity with data engineering, data science, and knowledge management methodologies in military or intelligence environments
