SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or Javascript.
• Experience developing and implementing IPA and RPA solutions.
• Experience with and knowledge of IPA and RPA tools such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An entrepreneurial spirit: you have the drive to grow and are proactive in seeking new opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of work experience in an IPA or RPA role, preferably in a consulting environment, as a freelancer or with multiple employers.

• Design, develop and implement IPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
• Supervising junior consultants and guiding teams on automation projects.
• Support customer implementation of IPA solutions and provide aftercare.
• Optimize existing IPA solutions and ensure continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales activities by advising clients on IPA strategies.
• Monitor new developments in the field of IPA and propose innovative solutions.
• Identify processes suitable for automation.
