Description

About the Role This is an Individual Contributor position within the Professional Services team. The role focuses on: * Onboarding new reconciliations * Maintaining existing reconciliations * Implementing client-driven changes * Installing and upgrading platforms using the IntelliMatch tool Responsibilities * Onboard new reconciliations and maintain existing ones, adhering to project standards * Support UAT testing and conduct regression testing to deliver defect-free changes ensuring platform stability * Install and upgrade reconciliation applications and related products on client platforms * Design and implement new changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, change delivery teams, and clients * Provide analytical and subject matter expertise for broader strategic initiatives * Work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, drive automation, and improve process efficiency Qualifications * 4+ years of reconciliation development experience across IntelliMatch modules (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation) * 4+ years of strong SQL database experience * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/training/work experience * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders * Knowledge of the financial services marketplace and reconciliation processes * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with deep technical and functional expertise * Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) * Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-driven mindset What We Offer * Opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact at FIS * Extensive health benefits program with family protection plan * Global career mobility options * Award-winning learning and career development programs * Hybrid work model (home + office)
