The role focuses on providing nursing staff with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to deliver advanced assessment and management of patients in the Intensive Care Unit setting. The role also assists nursing staff undertaking approved postgraduate study in translating the theoretical knowledge provided by tertiary partners to the clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver, administer, and assess Cabrini’s critical care education courses. Ensure educational resources align with current evidence-based practices with adherence to Cabrini's guidelines, protocols, and policies. Moderate, update, and evaluate eLearning activities to maintain high standards of educational delivery. Maintain collaborative working relationships with the Clinical Education Team, Nursing Directors, nurse managers and external stakeholders.
