QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council)
• Proven experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and patient care practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns.
• Experience with electronic health records is a plus.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
