This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity ICU with strong leadership, collaboration, and patient-centered care. POSITION OVERVIEW The ICU RN provides critical care to medical and surgical patients, including those requiring ventilators and vasoactive drips. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid response capabilities, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. SCHEDULE • Night shift with rotating weekends COMPENSATION • Hourly rate $26.40 to $39.60 based on experience • $10,000 sign-on bonus for days / $15,000 for nights • Night differential $4.25/hr • Specialty differential $1.50/hr KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide high-level nursing care to critically ill patients • Monitor patient conditions and respond to rapid changes • Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced ICU treatments • Administer medications and evaluate treatment effectiveness • Collaborate with physicians and care teams • Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation • Promote patient safety and quality outcomes WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY • 1:2 or 1:3 patient ratios • Private room ICU setting • Strong team culture and leadership support • Advanced stroke and cardiac services • Continuous telemetry monitoring • Stable hospital system with career growth opportunities BENEFITS • Comprehensive medical coverage including behavioral health and telemedicine • Dental and vision insurance • Life and disability coverage • 401k with 100 percent match on 3 to 9 percent based on years of service • Tuition and student loan assistance • Paid time off and paid family leave • Relocation assistance available Requirements • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within last 3 years) required • ICU, ER, or CVICU experience preferred • PCU/IMCU experience acceptable with 2+ years • Active Florida RN license or compact license required • Must obtain Florida license within required timeframe if relocating • BLS certification required • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills • Experience with ventilators and critical drips preferred • Ability to thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced environments Not ready to formally apply?
