About the role: As an Intensive Dementia Outreach Worker, you will deliver person‑centred, dementia‑specialist support to people with complex needs and behaviour that may challenge. Working in partnership with carers and professionals, you will help individuals maintain dignity, choice and control during group sessions and home visits.
