Position Title: Interaction Designer Job Summary: The Interaction Designer’s role is to turn the division’s User Experience vision into tangible, navigable reality. The Designer uses customer-driven insights and iterative methodologies to design and create usable, relevant and elegant user flows, interfaces, structure and interactions. The Interaction Design team also establishes an interface design system organizing the best practices across the division’s digital banking products. Role Exposure Build your professional experience on interaction and visual design, content strategy and copywriting Lead design functions by guiding the work of fellow designers on shared projects to better meet user and business needs Be part of a diverse group that promotes personal leadership while maintaining an environment of work-life happiness and camaraderie Qualifications With professional experience in prototyping and wireframing With experience in creating usable, relevant, elegant user flows, interfaces, structures, interactions for web and mobile applications Professional experience in using Figma is required With experience in working with a multi-discipline team from Tech, Design and Product Management Preferably with experience in conducting design workshops or trainings on user-centered and iterative design Candidate must be willing to report onsite in Makati, Mondays to Fridays

Responsibilities
