Description
As a Intercompany Truck Driver, you will: Safely transport materials between four Fluke facilities (Evergreen Way, Park, Service, and Plastics) while meeting delivery schedules. Plan routes to optimize efficiency and timeliness. Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues; perform basic preventative maintenance. Load, verify, and deliver goods to designated areas following inventory procedures. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide backup support for shipping dock operations. Follow all safety protocols and comply with public road laws. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Previous warehouse or material handling experience. Experience operating forklifts. Ability to pass random drug screenings. Flexibility to work overtime when needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with inventory systems and scanning technology. Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance.
