YOUR DAY-TO-DAY People •    Arrange everyday activity, planning work tasks and ensuring you always have the right colleagues and resources to do your job. •    Comply with law and internal standards, requirements related to employment papers (personal profile, labour contract, decision, appendix, PAF…ect) •    Ensure payroll processed with all supporting documents verified and approved properly, payroll system is followed as set-up.  •    Make promised benefits available and easily and timely applicable for staffs •    Train colleagues where required to make sure their compliance to regulations and standards of the company •    Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other colleagues and departments •    Suggest any HR related actions required  •    Support administration and organizing annual  staff satisfaction survey •    Conduct related part in Orientation to new comers  •    Follow up Clearance & Exit Interview •    Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees efficiently and confidentiality •    Be active part in organizing staff activities •    Develop yourself and always look for ways to improve performance through self-review, working on feedback of others, creating development goals for proper action with timeline. •    Build great relations with outside contacts related to tasks assigned (Insurance, Labour…) •    Drive a performance of Compensation & Benefits team, make development plan for team member, conduct development progress and monthly catch up with team •    Organize, schedule and adapt work tasks for Compensation & Benefits team to meet conflicting deadlines and respond to changing situations. Guest Experience •    Assist in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two way communication and  ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels, achieving colleagues’ satisfaction •    Monitor legal documents for expats like Visa, work permit, resident card and other immigration procedures. •    Comply with grooming and hotel’s rules and regulations. •    Be a friendly face and helping hand to our colleagues and guest.  •    Look smart – wear your uniform with pride    Financial  •    Prepare as of guidelines to create annual budget, benefits, bonus and salary review. •    Monitor leave data system and ensure timely reports with analysis is provided to management to arrange clearance or pay to staffs as required. •    Process inputs required for tax and insurance;  •    Recommend payroll system changes/updates when appropriate for better efficiency Responsible Business •    Familiarizes and enforces local HR policies and procedures •    Monitors the administration of the Performance Appraisal Programme, maintain up-to-date records of staffs’ PDP and performance review in their files and have online file available for use at any time needed. •    Monitor HR roster and attendance record for approval to process payroll. •    Conduct annual HR compliance/standards self-audit •    Liaison with Social insurance, labor authorities and update new laws and regulations •    Prepare and submits periodic reports for management’s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements, such as turnover reports, personnel inventories, absenteeism reports, health and safety, accident reports etc. •    Ensure applicable laws, regulations, IHG policies and procedures, and union agreements are followed in relation to Grievance and Disciplinary procedures. •    Maintain hotel Disciplinary Procedures, Handling grievances at the initial stages and propose actions •    Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety. •    May assist with other duties as assigned by management   At IHG, we’ve made a promise.
