Job Description: Parsons is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Interface Director to lead the complex coordination and integration strategy for all multidisciplinary interfaces across the NEOM The Line project. With a minimum of 25 years of experience, this senior leadership role demands a strategic thinker capable of ensuring seamless integration between design, engineering, construction, and client teams to mitigate risks and ensure cohesive project delivery. Core Responsibilities: Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute the overall Interface Management Strategy for the program, ensuring all major technical, logistical, and contractual interfaces are identified and governed. Conflict Resolution: Act as the senior point of escalation and resolution authority for all critical interface conflicts between design consultants, multiple contractors, stakeholders, and utility providers. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain high-level communication protocols between Parsons, NEOM project entities, government agencies, and third-party stakeholders to secure timely approvals and data exchange. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Interface Management team, setting standards for tracking, documentation, and closure of all interface points and agreements. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate interface-related risks that could impact the project schedule, budget, or quality. Reporting: Provide executive-level reporting on the status of all critical interfaces and the overall health of the integration process. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred. Minimum of 25 years of extensive experience in a senior leadership role managing complex technical interfaces and multi-contract projects (preferably megaprojects). Demonstrated experience in a leadership position on large-scale infrastructure or city-building programs. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and diplomatic skills, essential for managing high-level stakeholder relations. Deep familiarity with integrated project delivery systems and industry-leading Interface Management software.
