JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Interface Engineer to manage and resolve technical and engineering interfaces across multiple disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders in major oil and gas projects. The role ensures seamless integration between engineering packages, construction activities, and commissioning, minimizing risks, schedule delays, and design inconsistencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, or related). Master’s preferred.
• Experience:
• 5–10+ years of engineering/project experience in the oil & gas or energy industry.
• Prior involvement in large-scale projects (offshore platforms, pipelines, refineries, LNG, petrochemical).
• Strong background in multi-discipline coordination and interface management.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with EPC project execution, interface registers, and project management tools.
• Working knowledge of engineering design tools and systems.
• Understanding of construction, commissioning, and operations requirements.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
