Director of Asset Management (Interim) - Shaping Our Future Housing Strategy
£90,000 per annum pro rata | Bath | Interim contract to 31st March 2026| Full Time

• Reporting to the Chief Property Officer, providing both operational assurance and forward-looking leadership during this important transition
• Leading the implementation of our new five-year Asset Management Strategy, turning plans into practical action
• Implementing recommendations from our recent gap analysis and creating measurable improvements in performance
• Revising and embedding our Net Present Value (NPV) framework to support intelligent asset decisions
• Ensuring compliance with Decent Homes standards and managing our asset disposals programme through to March 2026
• Providing stable leadership for our asset management teams during a period of change, including succession planning for permanent roles
• Working with the Chief Property Officer to develop our sustainability agenda, prioritising improvements that contribute to energy efficiency target
