You bring deep experience in marketing and brand management, combined with creativity and the drive to deliver.

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years in marketing, with strong brand and communication background.
  • Proven success working with creative teams and delivering large-scale brand projects.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Experience in MedTech or radiation therapy is a bonus.
  • Availability for international travel (~20%).

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ELEKTA

As an Interim Brand and Creative Manager, you will bring Elekta’s brand strategy to life by championing its execution across global marketing initiatives, internal awareness campaigns, and creative projects. You will play a vital role in shaping how Elekta is seen internally and externally, ensuring a strong, unified brand presence that supports our commercial objectives. Collaborating closely with Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Creative Services, and regional teams, you will drive consistency and excellence in brand implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and advocate Elekta’s brand strategy internally through awareness and training initiatives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and key point of contact for brand execution.
  • Work closely with the Creative Services team to ensure powerful, consistent brand implementation aligned with guiding principles.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the brand strategy in alignment with Elekta’s commercial goals.
  • Drive alignment of brand messaging across business lines and regions for a consistent global voice.
  • Provide tools and guidance to empower teams to create brand-aligned marketing and sales assets.
  • Build and maintain brand strategy presentations and narrative materials.
  • Monitor brand performance through KPIs and recommend enhancements.
  • Manage key external vendors and partners supporting brand initiatives.
  • Support additional business needs within the functional focus as required.
