Responsibilities
  • Being actively part of MT: setting strategy aligned with company vision, decision-making, and leading by example
  • Develop, lead, and implement global growth strategies -together with regional managers- to expand offshore market presence and increase global revenue
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensure and increase pipeline quality and new business opportunities
  • Lead and develop a global BD team (including Inside Sales & Marketing and the Servicedesk)
  • Establish scalable processes and optimize CRM use
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to optimize commercial operations and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Focus on analyzing sales- and other relevant data, pricing strategies, and market trends to make informed decisions and maximize profitability.
  • Adapt strategy (and team mindset) to market changes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal department
