We Are Hiring Location:Multiple Ascension acute care hospitals Facility: Multiple Ascension acute care hospitals Department: Ascension Travel Program & Interim Leadership Schedule: Full Time Gross Rate up to $6,163.63 per week#ATP What You Will Do Collaborates with hospital leadership and medical staff to identify and develop new patient care programs, policies, procedures, and practice standards. Develops and implements a comprehensive program to measure, assess, and improve the quality of nursing care provided across the organization. Evaluates the function and structure of assigned areas to ensure the appropriate allocation and utilization of services and budgets in alignment with our strategic goals. Ensures full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to nursing services and healthcare delivery. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Master's degree required. Work Experience: 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
