This strategic leadership role will oversee the hospital’s laboratory operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding a dedicated lab team, driving performance, and ensuring regulatory excellence during a critical period of transition.

EXPERIENCE | LICENSURE | CERTIFICATION | EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology, chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive laboratory leadership experience in an acute care hospital
• Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring lab staff
• Strong knowledge of TJC requirements and laboratory compliance standards
• Capable of providing technical assistance when necessary, though this is not a working manager role
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across departments and at the executive level
• Professional maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to lead through transition are essential
• Availability to travel to the client site and work a full-time Monday - Friday schedule with occasional after-hours support as needed
